The Air Tracker consists of an air quality analysis bay with filling ramp management and an SQL database with supervisor, installed on a remote server.

Analysis cabinet in metal enclosure, 600 x 600 x 250, with 7", 10" or 15" color touch screen, depending on the version chosen.

Measurements can be taken on 3 different connections:

Compressor venting management.
Compressor stop management.
Cylinder purge management.

Measurement of parameter gases in accordance with EN 12021 (2014 revision).

CO measurement.
CO2 measurement.
O2 measurement.
Humidity measurement.
Oil vapor and VOC measurement.
Temperature measurement option.
Particle measurement option (Areva standard).

Other gases possible depending on context H2S, SO2, NO, NO2.

Optical barcode reading.
RFID tag reading.

Traceability :

Individually by box on SD card or USB key directly from the PLC.
Globally and shared by Air tracker software.

Maintenance :

Simplified maintenance through standard exchange of pre-calibrated cell block.
